Engagement Model

Fixed Price (FP)

The FP engagement model is the classic approach in development life cycle. As its name suggest – You get a fixed price and you don’t pay any more than that.

Time & Material (T&M)

The T&M model means that client, is engaged with the project on regular basis. You need to decide which of the features are of most important for release and they get developed high priority (product backlog & development). The biggest benefit of this approach is you only need to pay for the time the development team spends actually working on your product.

Dedicated Team

It’s very simple, you “rent” a team from your IT partner and then you pay a set monthly fee, based on the agreed protocol. This is most control way of executing the project and you will get a trained professionals who work as your own employee, without having to worry about handling issues related to recruitment, training or office-infra.

Team Setup & Communication

  • Quickly match the customer requirements and competent resource on-boarding.
  • Technical discussion, POCs, brainstorming session supported with single point of contact.
  • Set clear RACI matrix with in internal/external team.
  • Team on the collaboration tool to have quick communication.
  • Daily execution report, weekly status report, monthly review & fortnightly steering committee meeting with relevant stakeholders.

Dedicated Offshore & Onsite Teams

We set up the right offshore and onsite teams to ensure the smooth functioning of various processes involved in the completion of the project.

Offshore Team

  • Once the product backlog is ready by onsite team; scrum master, development team and dedicated QA team will be assign
  • Daily scrum meeting as per the client time zone for quick actionable.
  • Become a technical product expert for quality development, unit testing, functional testing, automation testing, performance testing supported with CI/CD integration.

Onsite Team

  • On site coordinator (OSC) set clear priorities and closely work with customer to achieve business goals.
  • Work closely with product manager to understand the business and technical challenges & articulate to offshore team for the solution.
  • Define product backlog, sprint backlog & derive delivery plan with the help of the business champion and offshore delivery team.
